Candidate OS

Continue a promoted lead into DMPK, safety, PK/TK, exposure-response, PBPK and development-candidate review without creating a second compound record. The Discovery Programme candidate identity and append-only Evidence Ledger remain authoritative.

Promoted lead

Only candidates explicitly promoted from Lead Optimization enter this canonical workspace.

Authoritative candidate identity

This is the same Discovery Programme candidate; Candidate OS no longer creates an authoritative duplicate in programme mode.

Select a promoted lead.

Scientific integration policy

Integration is deliberately separate from scientific qualification.

Known legacy weakness is visible, not hidden. Structure-only PPB, permeability, hERG and similar heuristic/default-driven outputs may still be useful for screening, but automatic dashboard capture cannot satisfy development-candidate gates. IVIVE/PBPK outputs remain context-dependent until their upstream inputs and validation are traceable. Measured evidence can be registered separately.

Lead characterization workbenches

Open an existing BayesPharma workbench. The programme and candidate IDs travel with you; its “Save Page Evidence” widget returns the output to this same Evidence Ledger and the backend assigns a conservative qualification state.

Load a promoted lead to see the scientific workbenches.

Translation chain

Read-only summary over the same Evidence Ledger. Missing values stay missing; no programme defaults are silently inserted here.

No candidate loaded.

Register measured evidence

Use this for traceable CRO/lab DMPK, safety or characterization observations. This does not replace the underlying report; record its study name/source and the measured payload.
